In your adult life there will be a time when you will find you may have to apply for some kind of financial service. This doesn’t necessarily always mean a loan; it could be a hire purchase agreement, or something similar. Something where they give you ‘something’ and you then pay for it at a later date.
In order for the company in question to decide whether they want to take the gamble of doing business with you they will inevitably run a credit score on you and the address that you are residing at (and if you have lived there less than three years, your old address as well).
There are actually quite a few sites that have sprung up on the internet lately that offer to do this kind of procedure for a small fee or even a basic free credit score sometimes. This is something that could be found by having a quick search on Google.
You, of course, have to rely on past tenants being nice and not running up any debts before moving to a new address. If this happens then there are companies around online who claim they can help you clear those bad marks.
