Submitting to RSS Feeds

We all know that submitting your blog to search engines and directories is very important in the effort to get more traffic to your blog, but how many of you were aware of submitting your RSS feeds to RSS search engines and directories?

Submitting your RSS feed to these directories is probably just as important as submitting your blog to a search engine. I have listed a selection of sites below to get your teeth sunk into.
