How I Made Over $150 Writing Forum Posts

A couple of months ago I published a post about a site that I had joined in order to make money by writing forum posts, I received a few emails and messages on Twitter & Facebook ridiculing me for trying this out and was told it would be a waste of my time and would make me look foolish when I had to admit that it was not going to work.

I decided not to spend too much time on writing these forum posts and decided to put aside a total of two hours a day broken up into four sections, so at 9am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm I would take 30 minutes to write about 8-10 forum posts. If you try and do more quickly your rating drops anyways.

As of March 23rd 2013 (when they paid me my last payment) I have earnt a grand total of $150.52. Hardly something I would class as a “failure” or a “waste of time”, is it?

Here is a screenshot of the payments they have paid me:

There is a 125×125 button in the sidebar that will take you to the site (Postloop), for those of you who are interested in trying their hand at making some extra cash by gossiping on a forum.
